When a new employee starts in the company the best way to get them up and running fast with the Virtual PBX system is by using the cross login function. Users with the appropriate rights can for example use the same login as a new employee and so see exactly what they see.  They can then go through the set up step by step.

This function is also useful to provide helpdesk support on a company level, as it allows the support desk to validate the user’s configuration settings.
