The company administrator ensures that the Virtual PBX system is up to date and offers the best possible functionality.
When people start in the company, he/ she creates a new user. If they should be part of a group, the administrator manages the existing group settings. If someone moves from one department to another, the admin changes their profile.
With admin rights it is possible to create templates to set up new users, for call-barring, routing and for CLI settings. The CLI template defines which caller ID is shown under what circumstances.
The company administrator also sets up the automatic attendants or the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) including the prompts people here in the queue.
The administrator can override any settings users make themselves and can manage presence settings on their behalf.
As the Virtual PBX provides a flexible right management, the company administrator function can be shared among different users.
